Ascorbyl Palmitate - a water soluble antioxidant that protects skin from damage and increases collagen production and growth.

Benzyl Alcohol – Commonly found in fruits and teas, it is a natural ingredient with antiseptic properties.

Beta-carotene – Protects the skin from the effects of free radicals when applied and is a strong source of vitamin A.

Carrageenan - Extracted from red seaweed, this soothing and detoxifying herb is used as a thickening agent with water binding properties.

Cetearyl Alcohol - An emulsifying wax derived from naturally occurring fatty acids in coconut oil, which forms an occlusive film to keep skin moisture from evaporating.

Decyl Glucoside – A cleanser made from corn and vegetable glycerine sugars to release skin surface tension and easily rinse away skin impurities.

Dehydroacetic Acid - A pyrone derivative used as a fungicide and bactericide which is used as a preservative.

Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate - A safe and gentle disodium salt which is used as a gentle non ionic surfactant.

Geranium Oil – Well known for its skin care benefits, this oil acts as an anti-septic, anti-inflammatory cleanser with a sweet floral scent.

Glycerin - A natural emollient and humectant derived from vegetable oils that helps the skin retain moisture. It has water binding capabilities that allow it to draw and absorb water from the air.

Glyceryl Monostearate - An emollient and thickening agent used in cosmetics.

Glyceryl Oleate - Derived from glycerine and oleic acid fats extracted from vegetable oils, used as an emulsifier for creams.

Grapefruit Oil - Uplifting, cleansing and clearing which stimulates the lymphatic system and adds tone to the skin.

Grapeseed Oil – Quickly absorbs to soften and lubricate the skin without being too oily to touch. It is high in antioxidants with vitamin E and a group of bioflavonoids known as procyanadins

Jasmine Oil – With its rich, calming and sensual fragrance, jasmine helps to soothe and moisturise the skin as well as acting as an antidepressant, antiseptic and an emotionally balancing aphrodisiac.

Lactic Acid – An alpha hydroxy acid which is used in dermatology to hydrate and smooth dry, flaking skin.

Lecithin (GMO free) – An excellent humectant, softening agent and emollient. The phospholipids present in lecithin are able to attract water from the air increasing hydration of the skin and penetrate deeply to help absorb nutrients.

Lemon Scented Tea Tree Oil - World renowned for its antiseptic, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties, it is widely used in many cosmetic and personal care products.

Lime Oil –Acting as both a disinfectant and astringent, lime oil works to both stimulate and cleanse the skin.

Menthol - A cooling analgesic derived from peppermint oil.

Olive Oil Fatty Acids – Commonly used in cosmetics, these fatty acids strengthen the skins cells and the skin.

Olivoyl Hydrolysed Wheat Protein - This is a naturally derived, hydrolysed wheat protein that contains oligosaccharides (carbohydrates) making it a unique hydrating complex. It has a combination of moisture-balancing and film-forming properties that work to give the skin a smoother, softer feel.

Peppermint Oil - A mild anaesthetic that relieves itching and inflammation, peppermint oil is also antiviral and antimicrobial, and relaxes tight skeletal muscles.

Phenoxyethanol - This ingredient is a broad-range preservative with fungicidal, bactericidal, insecticidal, and germicidal properties that is approved by the natural health industry.

Polygonum Extract - An extract of the Japanese knotweed plant with antioxidant properties.

Tangerine Oil - A sweet citrus oil that promotes tranquillity and a sense of well-being, tangerine is said to reduce cellulite and also act as a diuretic. It supports the lymphatic, digestive and circulatory systems, acts as an antiseptic and is a great toner for oily skin.

Urea - A major ingredient in many skin moisturisers due to its humectant properties, attracting moisture from the air.

Vitamin E (natural) - A natural antioxidant that slows down the signs of ageing and the degeneration of skin cells by reducing fine lines and wrinkles as well as soothing the irritation of dry skin.

Vitamin F - Essential fatty acids are sometimes referred to as vitamin F and are composed of two fatty acids - linoleic acid (LA) and alpha-linoleic acid (LNA). Essential for the body but not produced naturally, vitamin F nourishes and moisturises the skin to maintain a balanced complexion.

Xanthan Gum - Thickening agent.
